Job Summary
The Program Director holds a dual responsibility encompassing both clinical and supervisory functions.
Candidates must possess Board Certification in Family Medicine awarded by either the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physiciansthis requirement is essential. A valid New York State medical license is also mandatory or the willingness to obtain one is required. Additionally possession of a DEA registration or the ability to acquire it is necessary.
Applicants should have a minimum of three years of documented experience in educational or administrative roles that demonstrate expertise in Family Medicine; this information must be detailed in the Experience section of the application as well as within the curriculum vitae.
Certification requirements include Board Certification and possession of a DEA registration. State license requirements specifically necessitate a New York medical license. Furthermore candidates must provide evidence of at least three years of educational and/or administrative professional experience indicative of their expertise in Family Medicine.
