Job Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Software Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of software sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop implement and oversee effective sales strategies and processes for software products.
  • Monitor analyze and report on sales performance metrics adjusting tactics as necessary.
  • Provide coaching mentoring and ongoing training to team members fostering high performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing product development and other internal teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients handling escalated customer issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Recruit train and onboard new sales representatives as needed.

Pre-Requsities:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software sales with prior leadership or team management responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and software sales cycles preferably including SaaS experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Skills
    Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics software such as Salesforce.
