This Position reports to:
Employee Compensation ManagerAs aSenior Data Analyst you will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will support strategic initiativesincluding our Pay Equity and Transparency programby delivering high-quality analytics and reporting aligned with business metrics. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project that supports fairness and inclusion while applying your expertise in data analytics.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of data models dashboards and reports that support strategic HR and business initiatives.
- Understand the methodologies used in the tool and advise on necessary customization for country requirements
- Analyse complex datasets and leverage on available tools to uncover statistical trends patterns and actionable insights.
- Support the Pay Equity and Transparency initiative by generating clear data-driven reports that inform leadership decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across systems and reporting tools.
- Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner enabling informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of data governance standards and best practices.
- Partner with HR Finance and other departments to align metrics with strategic goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and tools to continuously improve analytics capabilities.
Your Background/experience
- 78 years of experience in data analytics business intelligence or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Qlik.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights.
- Experience working with large multi-source datasets in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and predictive analytics.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading small analytics projects.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
