Job Duties:

The University of Wisconsin-Stouts Marketing Communications (MarCom) team is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support the planning design execution optimization and analysis of university-wide email marketing campaigns. This full-time position is ideal for a marketing professional with foundational experience in email or digital marketing who is eager to grow their skills in marketing automation campaign strategy and performance reporting.

The marketing specialist will work with the Digital & Email Marketing Manager to support email initiatives across the student recruitment lifecycle using email automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Emma). While the primary focus is email marketing the role will also provide cross-training and backup support for paid digital advertising campaigns.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops implements and disseminates marketing materials through various communication mediums utilizing appropriate technologies and techniques
  • Develops implements and maintains strategic marketing plans based on research and established strategies
  • Collects analyzes prepares summarizes and disseminates data and trends relevant to ongoing or future marketing activities

Marketing & Communications leads and implementscross-campus marketingcommunications strategies and research tohelpdrive UW-Stouts enrollment partnerships and fundraising initiatives. Compensation:

Expected midpoint $52000 based on skills and experience. A six-month probationary period is required

Employment is contingent upon the final candidates completing a criminal background check and being cleared to work by the Human Resources Office.
