Job Summary
Were looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Analyst (Contractor) to support our Engagement Marketing team. Youll help execute and analyze email marketing campaigns ensure flawless deployments and provide performance reporting. This is a contract role with remote flexibility based in Metro Manila. The engagement will run until December 2025 with the possibility of extension through January 2026 if required by the business.

What youll be doing:
Email Campaign Execution & Analysis
Assist in the development and execution of email marketing initiatives.
Build test and deploy email campaigns including automated flows.
Update creative briefs for asset requests and monitor ClickUp and JIRA tickets.
Conduct proofing to ensure all campaigns are error-free prior to launch.
Track and report campaign performance on a weekly basis for stakeholders.
Campaign Coordination & Support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time.
Monitor campaign activities and record results.
Support in-season campaigns and ad-hoc projects under the Engagement function.
Documentation & Process Support
Organize email campaign materials trackers and shared folders for easy access.
Document campaign learnings and share key takeaways with the team.
Maintain consistent naming conventions and update trackers for visibility across functions.
Other Duties
Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned.
What were looking for:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any related field.
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in Engagement Marketing channels (email social media content influencer marketing).
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail especially in campaign proofing and QA.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote setup.
Location: The Email Marketing Analyst (Contract) position is a remote contractual engagement for Balsam Brands.
Our must-haves:
This is a contractual home-based role requiring 8 hours of dedicated work daily 5 days a week.
Given the contractual nature there will be no benefits. Paid overtime may be required.
If performance meets expectations the contract will run until December 2025 with possible extension through January 2026 depending on business needs.
Status: This is a contractual position with no benefits included.
Hardware Provision: Company-issued Laptop will not be provided.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: USD 5.45
Payment Mode: Weekly via Upwork
