Job Description
THE TEAM
The mission of the Samples Management Department is to manage the lifecycle of Aritzias samples and maintain an accurate and well-organized sample library.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of the Sample Management Department you will be part of the team responsible for a complete and relevant sample library that will enable users to focus on driving sales and elevating Aritzias brands. As the Samples Associate you will support day-to-day administrative activities related to ensuring the sample library is up-to-date accurate and well organized using a methodical and exact approach. THE ROLE
As the Samples Associate you will support the team to:
- Efficiently and accurately receive all samples so that they are easily accessible for all users
- Support business users by prioritizing sample requests and ensuring samples are in the right place at the right time.
- Strategically identify and action archival protocols for samples.
- Manage sample assets and processes to maintain a complete relevant and organized sample library
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Samples Associate has:

- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
- Proven skills education and/or applicable certifications and the appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $20$25 CAD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge skills and experience.
