Job Summary (List Format):

- Key Responsibilities:
- Process appeals for review and adjudication.
- Prepare administrative decisions on behalf of DES/DDD.
- Review large volumes of documentation.
- Interview professionals and paraprofessionals to gather information.
- Determine if adverse actions by DES/DDD comply with state and federal regulations.
- Update the OAR Administrator as needed.
