About the Role

If youre the one who somehow always ends up planning Game Night figures out the snacks the playlists picks the games and makes sure everyone knows the rules all while having a great time and keeping things on track then this role is tailor-made for you. Think the same energy just a bigger stage.

What youll be doing:

Youll help keep projects moving people informed and ideas flowing while learning the ropes of project management and change management across the different functions of the Px team- Talent Acquisition Business Partnering Employer Branding and Operations. Some of the things you can expect to be doing are:

  • Keeping us all accountable and aligned: Help coordinate meetings prepping agendas tracking action items and due dates so that no one forgets what they are doing next (we use notion for this) and creating debrief and next step documents and workflows.
  • Support organising the big moves: Support the team leads on projects involving new tools changing platforms finding AI solutions streamlining processes between teams and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
  • Manage the madness: Help the team stay organized with deliverables on multiple simultaneous projects and initiatives. Create documents presentations highlighting the What Why and How for projects along with updates.
  • Spot problems and bring solutions: Use your creativity and fresh perspective to find ways to make processes smoother comms sharper and experiences better.

What youll learn:

  • How to take projects from idea to execution and finally rollout.
  • The end-to-end process of picking and launching new HR tech/tools.
  • How to use Notion like a pro (trust us youll be an expert).
  • How to set track and deliver on OKRs (objectives and key results).
  • Exposure to every part of Px so you can discover where your future in HR might take you.

Who you are:

  • A curious organized person who likes making order out of chaos.
  • A natural communicator who can take a messy idea and explain it simply.
  • A person who can build strong relationships and collaborate effortlessly and effectively with different people.
  • Someone who geeks out over learning new tools frameworks or just how things work behind the scenes.
  • Someone with an Undergraduate Degree or Masters Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field and a zeal to learn the Px functioning.
