Collaborate with Hiring Managers and IT Department Leads to understand their specific technical requirements job duties and desired skills for open positions.
Develop and implement strategic creative sourcing plans to attract top-tier technical talent.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and competitive recruiting landscapes to advise on hiring best practices.
Sourcing & Candidate Generation:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various IT roles including (but not limited to) Software Developers Engineers Data Scientists Cybersecurity Specialists and System Administrators.
Source active and passive candidates using a variety of platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter job boards (e.g. Dice Stack Overflow) social media and internal databases.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search strings to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Attend virtual or in-person tech meetups conferences and career fairs to build a strong professional network.
Screening & Assessment:
Screen resumes and job applications parsing specialized skills and qualifications against job requirements.
Conduct initial phone and video screening interviews to assess technical knowledge relevant experience behavioral fit and salary expectations.
Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments and skills-based interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
