Coordinates full-cycle recruitment process. Collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions. Oversees the maintenance of all organizational job descriptions. Sources qualified candidates through various channels job boards social media and professional networks. Conducts new hire orientation onboarding and offboarding activities including exit interviews. Supports the administration of all employee benefit programs to include medical dental vision 403(b) and supplemental plans. Provides frontline support for employee benefit inquiries delivering timely and accurate information. Communicates with benefit vendors and brokers to resolve employee concerns. Reviews reconciles and processes benefit related invoices. Collaborates with finance team to ensure accurate payroll processing related to employee benefit changes. Assists in the coordination of the annual Open Enrollment process. Prepares and delivers HR-related reports to management. Ensures all electronic employee records are maintained and up to date. Contributes to various HR projects and initiatives as assigned. |
