Job Summary

Duties/Responsibilities:

Below are the primary duties and essential functions of an employee in this position.   • Develop creative and innovative approaches to employee initiatives such as employee engagement benefit programs and special events to enhance engagement and overall employee experience.
  • Support administration of employee relations wellness programs open enrollment and benefits education initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support various HR projects including payroll benefits and employee relations initiatives ensuring timely accurate and efficient completion.
  • Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders fostering clear communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with daily HR payroll and benefits operations and cross-train in other HR functions to provide coverage during peak periods or leaves of absence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service responding promptly and professionally to employee inquiries.
  • Ensure HR practices align with federal state and agency regulations staying up to date on any changes.
  • Develop cross-functional expertise within the HCM team to ensure seamless support across responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Preferred one (1) year of experience in HR or two (2) years of internal organization experience.
  • Certificate or Professional License: No Certificate or Professional License required.
