The Senior Project Manager Continuous Improvement & Analytics will be a key driver in optimizing the performance of our logistics network with a primary focus on reducing damage and returns and improving inventory and order flow. This individual will play a critical role in advancing our use of AI-powered insights and dashboard tools to surface root causes enhance decision-making and drive measurable improvements across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute strategic continuous improvement projects targeting damage reduction return mitigation inventory optimization and overall network efficiency.
Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives including process simplification standard operating procedure (SOP) development and productivity enhancements.
Analyze internal and customer dataleveraging advanced analytics and AI toolsto identify trends root causes and performance gaps.
Enhance and evolve dashboard and KPI reporting tools to ensure insights are visible relevant and aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define business problems uncover actionable insights and implement sustainable solutions.
Translate complex data and findings into compelling presentations and narratives tailored for business leaders and key stakeholders.
Represent the Logistics function in cross-functional forums such as the Damage Council and Cost of Quality meetings.
Travel occasionally to customer sites warehouses and manufacturing plants (anticipated travel <20%).
What Youll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Business or a related discipline.
5 years of experience in operations manufacturing logistics or quality-related functions.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights and actions.
Proficiency in dashboard and reporting tools such as Excel Power BI Tableau etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Results-driven mindset with a natural curiosity and a bias for action.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP and Salesforce.
Exposure to or experience working with AI-driven analytics tools (e.g. machine learning models predictive analytics).
Demonstrated ability to adopt and champion emerging technologies and analytical methods.
Certification or practical experience in Lean Six Sigma or other structured continuous improvement methodologies.
In-depth understanding of logistics operations including transportation warehousing order fulfillment and final mile delivery.
