The Senior Project Manager Continuous Improvement & Analytics will be a key driver in optimizing the performance of our logistics network with a primary focus on reducing damage and returns and improving inventory and order flow. This individual will play a critical role in advancing our use of AI-powered insights and dashboard tools to surface root causes enhance decision-making and drive measurable improvements across the supply chain. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can transform complex data into actionable strategies lead high-impact initiatives and collaborate effectively across functions.

How Youll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute strategic continuous improvement projects targeting damage reduction return mitigation inventory optimization and overall network efficiency.

  • Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives including process simplification standard operating procedure (SOP) development and productivity enhancements.

  • Analyze internal and customer dataleveraging advanced analytics and AI toolsto identify trends root causes and performance gaps.

  • Enhance and evolve dashboard and KPI reporting tools to ensure insights are visible relevant and aligned with business goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define business problems uncover actionable insights and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Translate complex data and findings into compelling presentations and narratives tailored for business leaders and key stakeholders.

  • Represent the Logistics function in cross-functional forums such as the Damage Council and Cost of Quality meetings.

  • Travel occasionally to customer sites warehouses and manufacturing plants (anticipated travel <20%).

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Business or a related discipline.

  • 5 years of experience in operations manufacturing logistics or quality-related functions.

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights and actions.

  • Proficiency in dashboard and reporting tools such as Excel Power BI Tableau etc.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

  • Results-driven mindset with a natural curiosity and a bias for action.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP and Salesforce.

  • Exposure to or experience working with AI-driven analytics tools (e.g. machine learning models predictive analytics).

  • Demonstrated ability to adopt and champion emerging technologies and analytical methods.

  • Certification or practical experience in Lean Six Sigma or other structured continuous improvement methodologies.

  • In-depth understanding of logistics operations including transportation warehousing order fulfillment and final mile delivery.
