Lead bridge and transportation structure projects manage budgets and schedules and provide technical guidance to design engineers. Work closely with clients subconsultants and your project team to deliver high-quality safe and efficient designs.
Responsibilities:
- Design new and rehabilitation bridge projects (steel reinforced prestressed concrete)
- Lead and mentor engineers and drafting staff
- Manage project scopes budgets and schedules
- Prepare bid documents and oversee construction phase services
- Build and maintain client relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred)
- PE license in Maryland
- 10-15 years of structural design experience including AASHTO LRFD bridge design
- Experience with Maryland Department of Transportation projects
- Strong project management technical and interpersonal skills
