Job Summary

Join our employee-owned team as a Transportation Structural Project Engineer! Lead bridge and transportation structure projects manage budgets and schedules and provide technical guidance to design engineers. Work closely with clients subconsultants and your project team to deliver high-quality safe and efficient designs.

Responsibilities:

Design new and rehabilitation bridge projects (steel reinforced prestressed concrete)
Lead and mentor engineers and drafting staff
Manage project scopes budgets and schedules
Prepare bid documents and oversee construction phase services
Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

Bachelors in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred)
PE license in Maryland
10-15 years of structural design experience including AASHTO LRFD bridge design
Experience with Maryland Department of Transportation projects
Strong project management technical and interpersonal skills
