Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Professional Services Project/Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the planning execution and delivery of complex client-facing projects and programs ensuring all objectives are met within scope timeline and budget. This role requires exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project and program delivery for multiple clients ensuring successful completion within agreed parameters.

Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets and manage all phases of the project lifecycle.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve project goals.

Monitor project progress proactively identify risks and issues and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver regular project status reports presentations and documentation to both internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company standards contractual requirements and industry best practices.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and customer outcomes.

Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Engineering or a related field; PMP PgMP or similar certification preferred.

5 years of experience managing professional services projects/programs ideally within a consulting or technology services environment.

Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall Hybrid).

Excellent leadership negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Superior communication and interpersonal abilities with a client-focused approach.

Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Asana).

Ability to work independently manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must be residents of the United States.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Salary: $110000 - $150000 based on skills and experience.
