Contract Support Specialist - Lead - Contract Life Cycle Management

Work Hours:Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at managers discretion)
Department Highlights:
What Will You Do:
Primary Focus Leader: Lead a primary focus contracting group for Research Clinical Research Services CTAs and MSAs. It is responsible for primary areas outcomes refinement of tools application business process and policies. 25%
Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initial request in Icertis or ServiceNow through execution renewal and termination using the Icertis platform. 40%
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure contracts comply with legal standards and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts. 10%
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including legal technology provider revenue cycle and finance teams to gather requirements and ensure contract terms meet business needs. Provide training and support to users of the Icertis platform contract requesters and contract owners to ensure effective utilization and adherence to best practices. 10%
Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records in the Icertis system. Ensure all contract data is properly entered and managed. Generate reports and analyze contract data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. 5%
What You Need:
Education
Bachelors Degree Req
Experience
5 Years of contract administration experience in biotech pharma hospital healthcare
or legal environment.
5 Years of CLM experience and working knowledge of contract language and laws and
regulations preferred.

Skills
Strong customer service skills. Ability to problem solve oral/written communication skills Microsoft Office Suite and contract lifecycle management application usage. Familiarity with compliance and risk management practices. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Working knowledge of business law and contract law.
