Our Motor Trade - New Business team in Purfleet are on the lookout for someone to join the team and support them in liaising with managing and maintaining current and prospective customers.

What youll be doing:

• Help drive sales by proactively following up quotes via phone/email and handing warm leads to Sales to convert into live policies.

• Manage inbound enquiries swiftly and accurately; use CRM/diary to chase quotes reengage lapsed/renewal leads and record precise notes.

• Always providing clear compliant guidance (escalating when needed) and represent the company professionally as one of the initial forms of contact for customers.

What were looking for:

• Previous experience or strong knowledge in the insurance industry particularly in the Motor Trade.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Someone who always demonstrates high standards of professional behaviour and an ethical understanding of colleagues & customers.

• Strong communication skills including active listening confidence and the ability to build rapport.
