The Associate Vice President (AVP) Business is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving the strategic and operational performance of Framatome Limiteds business lines. Reporting directly to the COO the AVP Business provides visionary leadership oversees the Head of Business Lines and ensures the alignment of business objectives with the companys overall strategy. This role is pivotal in fostering growth operational excellence continuous improvements and customer satisfaction across all business segments. Deputise for the COO as required. The AVP Business is working closely and ensure alignment with the AVP Functional Delivery on all relevant matters. The position requires exercising a high degree of autonomy in problem solving and decision making.
