GENERAL SUMMARY:Manages patient serving line and associated functions. Ensures accuracy of serving performance and tray distribution and/or cafeteria food service and special functions. Upholds food sanitation standards. Direct unit activities related to retail operations complying with the standards established by CVPH regulatory agencies and client. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified retail experience for customers. QUALIFICATIONS: or Bachelor of Science degree in Food Nutrition Hotel and Restaurant Management Culinary Dietician Certification form the NRA Dietary Manager service management experience in Dietary Managers Association (3) years supervisor experience preferred. As applicable the individual has training/competency in attending to the special needs and/or behaviors appropriate to the age of the patients for which care is being provided.
