Job Summary

Job Summary
We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team in Crown Point IN. The ideal candidate will work closely with the dentist and clinical staff to provide excellent patient care deliver oral hygiene treatments and educate patients on preventive practices. This role requires professionalism teamwork and a strong commitment to patient health and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform oral hygiene treatments and education in line with state regulations.
Operate GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) equipment (as required).
Apply fluoride and protective sealants.
Remove calculus stain and plaque above and below the gum line.
Provide nutritional counseling and preventive oral health education.
Record and review patient medical histories.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA OSHA and infection-control standards.
Order and track dental supplies as needed.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Dental Hygienist.
Experience with GBT Guided Biofilm Therapy equipment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
Certifications & Licensure
Current state-issued Dental Hygiene license (Indiana).
CPR certification.
