Job Summary
Program Supervisor for Brockton High School Saturday School & After School ProgramJob Description:Program Supervisor of the Brockton High School Saturday School and After School Program will provide individualized support to Brockton High School students who are attending for additional literacy support compensatory services academic enrichment MCAS practice or recovery of credits for promotion or graduation. Supervisors will work with Brockton High School Administration and counselors to provide students opportunities to develop a graduation plan regain lost/missing credits and complete requirements of a Corrective Action Plan. The Supervisor will coordinate the Saturday School Program after school program and monitor student attendance and academic data. Qualifications:Massachusetts Administration licenseExperience working with high school students students on IEPs or with 504s and multilingual learnersResponsibilities:Work with all staff to identify students in need of academic attendance and social/emotional that instructors develop weekly lesson plans and are meeting weekly progress with guidance counselors to develop and monitor progress of graduation Saturday School Program and After School to behavior concerns and communicate program expectations to students and staff payroll and ensure that grand expenditures stay within budget that grant outcomes are met and documented. Prepare end of grant reports with program data attendance and course to: Academic Associate Principals and BHS PrincipalProgram Hours: 7:30am 12:00pm on Saturdays 3:00pm 5:00pm on Monday Tuesday and WednesdaysRate: Contractual RatePosition Type: Saturdays and After SchoolPositions Available: OneFunding Source: Grant
