Knoxville IA $50-60/hour Benefits Day Shift
Join our team as an Owner Representative! Were looking for an experienced construction management professional to oversee and monitor subcontractors to ensure the work is done safely and compliant with the contract at a plant in Knoxville Iowa.

Responsibilities:
Scope of construction consists of installing infrastructure for a new nitrogen plant:
- New electrical substation and building to protect substation
- Demo of railroad track
- Earthwork for foundations
- Excavation
- New pipe rack and piping
- Fencing and lighting around foundations
- Underground duct bank for electrical power to new substation
- Electrical sanitary sewer water and storm sewer connections
Qualifications:
- 10 plus years of electrical general and mechanical piping construction experience required.
- Heavy commercial/Industrial power plant energy nuclear chemical/industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- PlannedstartdateofOctober12025.
- Duration:approximately6months.
- DayShift:8-10hoursperday.
- Manyofouremployeeshavebeenwithusfor15-25years.
