The Work:

Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Here is what you need:

Experience leading a technical support team ensuring timely and accurate customer service recruiting and training representatives and establishing customer service standards.
A strong technical background problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
Managing the help desk team and evaluate performance

As required by local law Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia is:

$84900 - $160200 USD
