Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product pricing and availability
- Outbound
- Responding to customer inquiries

- Handling customer transactions
- Maintaining customer records

Qualifications
- At least 1 yearBPO experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task organize and prioritize work
- Amenable to work onsite
