Core responsibilities
- Customer interaction: customer service and dispatch manage inbound calls answer questions about roadside assistance process service request and coordinate with service providers.
- Service dispatch: Process service requests coordinate with a network of roadside assistance providers (towing and repair) and monitor service delivery.
- Administrative support: Maintain and update customer accounts perform data entry and support other team members with day-to-day tasks.
- Billing and payments: Calculate charges process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- US Account
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and various software systems.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service dispatch or a call center is often preferred.
- Amenable to work on night shift holidays and working on-site.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
