Were looking for a Sous Chef to join our Islington team. Youll support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen creating seasonal menus and keeping standards consistently high.
Cook modern seasonal dishes with a sustainable mindset.
Support menu development & daily kitchen operations.
Lead and train the team ensuring smooth high-quality service.
Maintain zero-waste nose-to-tail ethos.
Previous experience as a Sous Chef (or strong CDP ready to step up).
Passion for fresh seasonal cooking.
Hands-on leadership and strong teamwork.
Commitment to quality and sustainability.
