Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook à la carte menu items to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
- Ensure timely service and smooth coordination during peak dining periods.
- Maintain portion control quality and consistency in every dish served.
- Support menu development with innovative à la carte dishes that enhance guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and HACCP standards at all times.
- Manage mise en place and ensure readiness of ingredients before service.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor ingredient usage reduce waste and support cost control initiatives.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff assigned to the à la carte section.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts Catering or related field.
- Minimum 35 years experience in à la carte service within hotels or fine dining restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines.
