Job Summary
Location: Lisbon
Role: German speaking Content Moderator
Salary: salary package 1283 euro gross p/m (this does include monthly Christmas and and holiday bonus) plus 100 euro gross fixed monthly bonus plus around 150 euro net food voucher p/m 20 euro monthly transport allowance
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational 24x7 operation
Relocation Package: flight reimbursement of up to 400 EUR plus subsidised accomodation available (Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included - discounted directly from the payslip)
About the Role
As a Content Moderator you will ensure that all content uploaded to a leading e-commerce platform meets the company’s standards of quality compliance and safety. You will play a key role in maintaining trust in the platform by making rational decisions based on local market expertise and established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review content within agreed service levels and quality standards
- Ensure policy and legal compliance of all content uploaded to the platform
- Escalate issues in accordance with company procedures
- Stay up to date and adaptable to policy changes and process updates
- Maintain a strong knowledge of e-commerce products services and standards
- Work flexibly across shifts while adhering to standard operating protocols
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
- Fluent in German and English
- Have strong moderation skills and sound decision-making abilities
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate local market knowledge and cultural awareness
- Have a solid understanding of e-commerce
- Can cope with peaks in workload during promotional seasons
- Show empathy professionalism and strong customer service skills
