Medical manufacturing company in Springboro Ohio is hiring! We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Customer Service Representative (Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm). If you have a passion for excellence then wed like to talk to you.
The Customer Service Representative provides customers with product availability pricing and delivery information; responds to general inquiries from customers; calls customers and sales personnel to provide updated information; manages time properly and prioritizes responsibilities to complete day-to-day tasks; takes on any additional functions related to customer service; adheres to high ethical standards of business in all aspects of the job but especially toward customers. Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word and/or Excel as well as previous customer service/call centerexperience strongly experience in a manufacturing environment and order entry is a plus. We are willing to train the right requirements include a high school diploma/GED.
