Position Summary:
- Accurately and efficiently processes all sales orders ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
- Manages end-to-end order entry and order management activities using internal systems and tools (e.g. Excel PDF (PO navigation) other tools).
- Verifies order details including product availability pricing and delivery timelines to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Act as a support by handling administrative tasks related to order fulfillment.
- Collaborates with sales management customer service and purchasing teams to process new and change orders.
- Monitors account activity for assigned customer groups ensuring smooth order flow and addressing any discrepancies.
- Tracks and analyzes sales data generating reports on order status sales performance and market trends.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail process orientation and effective communication in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- College graduate or High School Diploma but should have at least 2-years functional experience; Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- With 0 to 6 months BPO/CSR experience - Order Entry Order Management Quotation Back Office task
- Background in supply chain or IT distribution is an advantage
- Average to Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions PDF (PO navigation)
- Willing to work on night shift and 10 days RTO/monthly
