Position: Full-time

Location:SalisburyWiltshire UK

Salary Range: 28000- 30000 per annum

About the role

You will be required to control the internal procurement process and ensure efficient stock addition you will have responsibility for the daily purchasing administration financial reconciliation and assist with the building facilities.



Responsibilities

  • Process daily purchase requests
  • Product sourcing to include negotiating competitive pricing
  • Ensure order specification is correctly understood before raising orders
  • Liaise with staff to ensure a free flow of information about expected goods
  • Maintain records of goods ordered & received
  • Product queries credits and returns
  • Oversee procurement mailbox and answering internal queries
  • Process monthly credit card reconciliation
  • Daily spreadsheet maintenance
  • Assisting to help develop the existing purchasing system and function
  • Checking incoming paperwork (correspondence invoices order confirmations) and filing accordingly.
  • Perform other related duties as required

Skills

Essential

  • Previous administrative experience in the workplace
  • Team player who is capable of working autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A professional and proactive approach
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills in particular Word Excel and Outlook
  • Great attention to detail combined with excellent organisational skills and a passion for accuracy

Desirable

  • General interest in aviation

  • Must be a British Citizen or must have an existing right to work in the UK
