Job Summary
Join the St. Croix Rod Team in our Factory Store in Park Falls WI. The Online Sales Support Specialist - Angler Guide in our Factory Store is responsible for the oversight of the Factory Store inventory pricing and website order fulfillment in addition to being an Angler Guide responsible for delivering high quality friendly customer service through asking questions active listening recommending products and completing sales transactions. Previous retail and computer experience is recommended. Knowledge of fishing tackle and techniques would be preferred.
