As the first Director of Demand Generation & AI Marketing Operations at youll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling high-quality pipeline growth for our enterprise business. This is a highly hands-on role that blends creativity analytics and automation to deliver measurable impact. Leading with AI and automation youll own the strategy and execution of digital campaigns oversee website optimization drive GEO/SEO strategy and design and optimize marketing automation processes like lead routing scoring and system integration. Youll partner closely with sales product marketing and external vendors to ensure is continuously driving demand awareness and conversion at scale.
This role will report to Chief Product & Engineering while maintaining a close working partnership with Marketing and Enterprise teams.
Please note that our Boston teams work in a hybrid capacity and collaborate at least 2x per week onsite. Ideal candidates will be based in the greater Boston area.
