Youll handle essential administrative tasks and contribute to the day-to-day operational processes by assisting with service delivery across departments. What Youll Do
- Support a wide range of administrative and operational activities including general office management.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for client employees.
- Maintain and audit employee and client records in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Support payroll processing through data entry verification and quality checks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Assist with audits reporting and special projects.
- Provide support to the Director of Operations the operations team and client partners as needed.
- Other assignments as needed.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with the following qualifications:
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required.
- An associates or bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field is a plus.
- 12 years in administrative HR payroll or operations support.
- Experience in a PEO or HR services environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with technical software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite HRIS systems Dropbox and HubSpot.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bilingual (Spanish) -- essential for serving our diverse client base.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to excel independently with little supervision.
- Friendly personality that fosters positive client interactions.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment where priorities may shift.
- This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs for office-related tasks.
- Compensation $20/hour (based on experience and qualifications).
