Make a Difference
Were seeking a dynamic Technical Trainer to join our Digital Transformation this role youll design implement and maintain training programs for non-Epic technical tools and the Epic Cogito application. Youll be a trusted authority in technical education collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact learning experiences. Your work will directly support the smooth adoption of evolving software technologies across our Network. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
Bachelors degree required.
A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in training and/or curriculum design required.
Epic Certification required within one (1) year of hire.
Proven ability to learn and teach complex technical content.
Strong understanding of workflows policies and procedures.
