Your responsibilities
- Developing a strategic roadmap for future climate targets in line with new SBTi standards and customer expectations
- Supporting the Carbon Emissions Centre of Excellence by providing guidance and recommendations to Scope 3 project teams
- Acting as the climate subject matter expert for the business whilst ensuring link to commercial relevance
- Preparing climate transition plan document and coordinating work on climate risk and scenario analysis
- Monitoring mapping and reporting developments in relevant standards including GHG Protocol SBTi criteria and mass balance methodologies
- Delivering product carbon footprint tools to meet customer requirements
- Providing internal training and resources to build capacity in climate topics
Our requirements
- Solid knowledge and experience of corporate sustainability and implementing science-based climate targets
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks & standards climate risk disclosures mass balance and product carbon footprints.
- Ability to lead projects work collaboratively and provide training and support
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical sustainability& climate concepts
