Job Description & Summary
The Centre of Excellence combines subject matter expertise with a tech-enabled team of driven professionals in providing legally-related support in alternative delivery models. We work on a range of projects including mass settlements and mass litigation matters international business reorganizations corporate compliance data protection contract lifecycle management as well as other managed legal services for national and international offices and clients.
We are looking for:
Consultant
Your role in the initial project will focus on managing cases involving settlement proposals for consumer borrowers.
Key responsibilities include:
Analyzing case details and evaluating settlement proposals
Conducting direct phone negotiations as part of the call-center operations
Managing written communication with borrowers via email
Tracking and reporting case progress within a dedicated workflow and case management system
Participating in training programs on negotiation strategies and regulatory compliance.
Apply if you have:
Masters degree preferably (but not required) in law economics communication or related area
At least 2 years of experience in customer care direct sales negotiations or call-center experience in the financial sector will be an additional value
Very good written and spoken English (at least B2)
Attention to detail think analytically and have the ability to resolve complex issues
Ability to multitask and complete assignments in timely manner with highest standards of quality.

Basic financial literacy

Interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
