As part of its continued growth Taman Diamond Tool Solutions is seeking a full-time Trainee Salesperson to join its team in Belmont WA.
This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in business-to-business sales while working toward a nationally recognised Certificate III qualification.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Trainee Salesperson will be trained across all aspects of customer service and sales operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to sales inquiries via phone email and walk-ins
- Learning the product range and recommending tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Managing the full sales process: quoting invoicing payment handling order picking and freight coordination
- Providing product training and support to clients
- Building rapport with customers to encourage repeat business
As the trainee develops core competencies the role will expand to include business development activities such as:
- Managing existing client relationships
- Identifying and onboarding new customers
- Meeting defined sales targets and KPIs

REQUIREMENT
- A current drivers license is essential
- All other training will be provided on the job
