Insurance Agency in Brooklyn is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
Job description
Insurance Agency is looking for a customer service representative to join their team in Brooklyn NY. Company specializes in auto home and all types of business insurance. As a CSR you will assist with daily incoming calls billing endorsements and general customer service for existing policies. Candidates should have a positive attitude be able to multitask develop relationships with clients be able to stay organized and meet deadlines. This position is an in office opportunity.
General Responsibilities: - Inbound phone calls - Billing - Endorsements - General customer service - Information gathering and data entry - policy questions quoting
Skills and qualifications: - 1-3 years of career experience in personal/ commercial property and casualty insurance customer service and policy administration background at an insurance company wholesale broker or agency. - Strong interpersonal verbal written communication skills and listening skills -
Experience working with a CRM such as Applied Epic Salesforce QQCatalyst AMS360 is a plus - Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
Salary: $52k-68k
