This position would suit a motivated individual with lettings experience and strong local knowledge who enjoys managing a portfolio resolving issues efficiently and providing high levels of customer care. The company offers strong progression prospects and a supportive working environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating property maintenance repairs and safety checks
• Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with current legislation
• Handling tenancy renewals check-ins check-outs and deposit returns
• Managing rent collection and arrears
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting the lettings team with new instructions and growth

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in property management or residential lettings (essential)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation ability
• High level of customer service and client care
• Confident professional and proactive approach
• Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance (desirable)
• Familiarity with Hailsham / East Sussex area (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
• Well-presented articulate and ambitious
