Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to lead business growth initiatives across the APAC market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating qualified leads driving sales growth and managing client relationships. This role requires strong business acumen cross-cultural understanding excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple time zones in the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and sales growth for the APAC market.
  • Generate quality leads through multiple channels ensuring a healthy and scalable sales pipeline.
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients across industries.
  • Support the sales cycle including lead generation prospecting proposal development negotiation and deal closure.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business as well as opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competition and opportunity.
  • Maintain accurate sales records forecasts and reports using CRM tools.

Requirement:

  • 23 years of proven sales experience handling the APAC market.
  • Demonstrated experience in qualified lead generation and B2B technology sales.
  • Strong understanding of APAC business culture and enterprise sales processes.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work across APAC time zones as required.
  • Experience in IT services SaaS or technology solutions sales.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho).
  • Self-motivated target-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
