Job Description

Role Type: Permanent Full-Time

Location: Rotorua & Surrounding Region



About The Role

As an Account Manager you will be a motivated energetic and well-connected sales superstar with a passion for growing and developing productive working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.


In this role you would have the opportunity to:

  • Use your astute sales acumen to drive new business growth and increase market share.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of passionate and supportive people across the country and take our company to the next level.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of clientele and provide specialist advice to assist with their needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with our vision of being New Zealands most valued lubricants company.
  • Identify develop and execute opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation across the business.
  • Ensure our service delivery meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.



What You Bring to the Table

Our ideal candidate will
be skilled at building solid longstanding relationships and will easily relate to a wide variety of people - from workshop managers to CEOs. Your communication skills time management and call planning will be top notch and you will have a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.


In addition to the above we are looking for a candidate with:

  • A proactive go-getter attitude and a passion for exploring new business opportunities to help grow the branch and our business.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools with an eagerness to use these to optimise the quality and efficiency of your work.
  • Resilience a can do attitude and the ability to influence customer interactions into positive opportunities.
  • A customer advocacy mindset with a strong focus on customer retention and growth.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with a team and to work with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Any previous experience in oils/lubricants or a related industry would be beneficial.
