We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Experiential Marketing Manager Culinary & Wellness to join our team. This position is responsible for implementing and executing the marketing initiatives for all restaurants bars cafés and spas across a diverse portfolio of hotels ranging from luxury and lifestyle to midscale and economy brands.
- Lead the narrative for our F&B and spa concepts alongside the Director of Marketing and hotel HODs crafting campaigns and activations that resonate with diverse audiences and inspire engagement.
- Own the digital ecosystem from CRM and CMS to social platforms ensuring seamless guest journeys and impactful storytelling. Creating and deploying the content. Maintaining cadence and high standard of consistency.
- Collaborate with hotel leaders: GMs chefs bar managers spa directors and creative partners to bring activations.
- Stay ahead of the curve leveraging insights and trends to keep our brands culturally relevant and aspirational.
- Create 12 month calendars for each outlet and work alongside team members to deliver to timelines.
- Consider the financial impact on the hotels for all activities and commitments.
- In accordance with the budget manage all paid media budgets.
- Balance distinct brand identities across lifestyle luxury midscale and economy segments while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Manage multiple campaigns and activations simultaneously under tight deadlines without compromising creativity or accuracy.
- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders (F&B teams spa managers general managers operations) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of rapidly evolving hospitality culinary and wellness trends to keep campaigns relevant and competitive.
- Leverage own channels including CRM CMS and social platforms effectively to create seamless guest journeys and personalised experiences.
- Interpret analytics to optimise campaigns and activations to demonstrate ROI in a highly competitive market.
- Ensure marketing strategies reflect the unique positioning of each outlet while supporting overall cluster objectives.
- Deliver high-quality work at scale in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualification in a business marketing or related field.
- 3 years hands-on experience in a similar marketing role or with proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies .
- Proven experience in delivering to KPIs and high market performance.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality campaigns. Develop create and deploy.
- Proven experience in word press AEM or Magento CMS.
- Understanding of social platforms and tool such as Meta Business Suite.
- Experience in using Canva and Adobe programmes such as photoshop.
- CMS experience including database segmentation building and deploying regular EDMs.
- An ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Creative strategist with strong understanding of hospitality lifestyle and design.
