Plan and implement large-scale PR plan design and implement relevant projects handling media relations and organizing press functions
Communicate and liaise with the local community relevant authorities and the District Council members
Represent the Project Manager to participate in the District Council meetings or other forms of meetings concerning the public issues
Consolidate report progress of status of issues related to complaints enquiries and public relations in the regular site progress meetings and follow up on any issues raised during these meetings
Handle enquiries addressed to the Contractor
Prepare press materials including but not limited to public consultation plans banners pamphlets leaflets posters reports and booklets
Job Requirements:
Degree holder or an equivalent qualification in Communication Public Relations Journalism Marketing or related disciplines
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
At least 5 years of hands-on working experience in public affairs community relations complaint handling journalism event marketing public relations promotions advertising field corporate communications and crisis management preferably from Public Relations Agency
Have good sense of graphic design; and proficiency in photoshop illustrator and inDesign would be an advantage
