This Position reports to:

Service Center Operations Manager


In this role you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABBs and customers guidelines. Each day you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.

This role is contributing to the Robotics and Automation Business across the UK & Ireland.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.


You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Leads and delivers planned preventative agreement coordination

  • Assessing gaps in service delivery contract execution and customer focus and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified.

  • Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation are completed in a timely manner.

  • Email inbox managment.

  • Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database.

  • Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure Field Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.

Qualifications for the role

  • IT skills (Microsoft etc.)

  • SAP experience/awareness

  • Scheduling tool / Salesforce experience

  • Demonstrate excellent organization skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Team player

  • Self-Motivated

  • Task driven

  • Ability to take on multi roles
