Job Summary
Top Cut Foods is one of Australias leading meat suppliers with several locations across Australia & Asia. We supply a wide variety of protein products to large hotel chains well-renowned restaurants and sporting stadiums. A Full-time position has now become available for an exceptional Customer Service Officerto join our dynamic team located at the head office located atOrmeau.
Responsibilities will include:
- The receiving of orders via phone/email
- Inputting data and generating picking slips
- Cross checking of invoices
- Invoicing of completed orders
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Liaise with drivers regarding delivery times
- General office duties
The successful applicant will have:
- A strong background in the FMCG area with meat industry experience considered an advantage
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Strong computer and administration skills.
- Strong attention to detail
