Were partnering with a fast-growing private equitybacked services platform on a Senior Technical Accountant opening designed for a detail-oriented Big 4-trained professional eager to build and streamline financial operations for a company averaging 50 acquisitions annually and projecting $3B in revenue this year.

What Youll Do

Own acquisition accounting entries for new partnerships working closely with regional and development teams.
Drive monthly and year-end close activities ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
Support external audits and streamline processes for efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate across accounting and finance teams becoming a trusted partner in the companys growth.
Contribute to process standardization and ERP system optimization (Sage Intacct experience is a plus).

Ideal Candidate

Background: 35 years of accounting experience Big 4 public accounting required; CPA or CPA-eligible.
Mindset: Analytical resourceful detail-driven and eager to grow in a lean fast-moving company.
Experience: Acquisition accounting exposure a plus; experience in a multi-location or PE-backed business is ideal.

The Details

Location: Tampa FL (preferred) or Dallas TX Hybrid: 4 days onsite 1 day WFH.
Travel: Minimal.
Compensation: Competitive salary comprehensive benefits (medical dental vision PTO 401k match).
Structure: Reports to a Senior Manager of Accounting with executive-level visibility.
