Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to develop implement and manage the account strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth profitability and customer satisfaction with OEMs in the northern region of Mexico. Each day you will coordinate sales activities monitor current projects and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. You will also showcase your expertise by giving input on market price developments and tendencies.
The work model for the role is remote.
This role is contributing to the Electrification (Smart Power & Smart Building) in Mexico.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Understands the key business drivers including significant and emerging business risks of the relevantglobal customers business and business environment and interprets theimpact and opportunity for ABB.
- Participates in the development of sales strategies for the account byproviding the customers current business and long-term plans.
- Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and SoWgrowth actions.
- Defines and proposes sales targets for the account and ensures theirachievement with a structured follow up process across Divisions andCountries.
- Sells products/solutions/services to customers focusing on volume mixand profitability targets representing all ABB.
- Creates added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinatedsales approach (e.g. frame agreements AVL related actions).
- Monitors competitors activity with the account and ensures thatappropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented. Gives input on market price developments. Drives application of standardized Marketing & Sales processes and tools(Salesforce account plans AVLs etc.) for the account.

Qualifications for the role- Background in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Strong understanding of global customer business drivers and risks.
- Experience developing and executing strategic account and sales plans.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets across regions and business units.
- Solid B2B sales experience in technical products solutions or services.
- Skilled in competitor analysis and market pricing strategies. Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools; familiar with AVLs and frame agreements.
- Advanced English level is a must
