You will be a part of the core team that redefines how a product should be sold at Pure Storage! You will develop and deliver software product(s) and APIs to help differentiate Pure from our competitors.
What Youll Do
- Understand and implement software development/engineering lifecycle concepts to drive features from conception to delivery based on product roadmap.
- Software analysis code analysis identification of code metrics system risk analysis software reliability analysis
- Develop REST APIs work on integrations with Salesforce Okta and partners platforms.
- Take pride in software quality through rigorous functional testing and writing automated unit tests.
- Maintain effective client relations and rapport
- delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
- Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities positioning our clients for long term success.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional hands-on software development experience with proficiency in GoLang/Python
- RESTful API design and development experience in Javascript/Typescript and Java on cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix Docker CloudFront AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
- Familiarity with DevOps technologies such as Kubernetes Kafka Dynamodb EKS Kibana and Grafana
- Automated test driven development with unit and integration tests.
- Good understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with CI/CD including Argos and Spinnaker is a plus.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of Salesforce: Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable. This includes understanding Salesforces architecture API integrations and custom development. Such knowledge is beneficial for developing integrations with Salesforce enhancing the ability to create seamless workflows and data exchanges between Pure Storages products and Salesforces CRM platform.
- Proficiency in GoLang including an understanding of APIs web servers microservices development parallel processing and custom development.
