ETL Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled and motivated ETL Developer to join a team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge data solutions that drive reporting analytics and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL processes database development and data modeling with a passion for delivering high-quality data-driven solutions.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $90000 - $110000 (commensurate with experience) bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain ETL processes and database solutions to support organizational reporting and analytics needs.
- Build and manage database structures including tables views and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
- Analyze and resolve data quality issues while optimizing database performance.
- Provide support for infrastructure upgrades replacements and disaster recovery initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Associates degree in IT required; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with ETL and database technologies such as SQL Server Informatica SAP or Oracle.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to the insurance industry is a plus.
