About the role...

Our incredible Payroll team are on the lookout for an experienced and talented individual to join them as they embark on their next phase of growth.

As a Payroll Team Member you will be supporting the team to ensure payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently in line with client deadlines preparing salaries processing auto-enrolment and completing statutory calculations and cost reconciliations for multiple payrolls.

Were a national team giving you the flexibility to work from any of our UK hubs. Travel to an office is required once a week.

About you...

As a Payroll Assistant youll need to have great interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively liaise with other departments stakeholders and external clients as well as the ability to oversee a team and support with the implementation of new processes and procedures.

You will be organised and incredible attention to detail as well as

  • 1-2 years experience working in in a payroll environment
  • Experience with Paycircle is preferred or alternatively experience with multiple payroll software
  • Ideally have experience of working within a professional services firm
